We started our lesson on Energy. We learned that energy is the ability to do work. We are making our own rubber band cars. Using some paper cups, some other parts and the motor (a rubber band). Today we did a project learning about the role bees play in pollination. We learned that flowers can't reproduce on their own and need bees and other insects to spread pollen from one flower to another. We made paper flowers with a sticky stigma (inside out label) and filled the flowers with different color pollen (coffee and cornmeal).
